Phillips crews have successfully completed many challenging and difficult projects. Pictured above is access provided for engineers to inspect and test all steel members of two, 2-mile bridges. Main connecting pins were blasted with walnut shells, so as to remove the coating and avoid interference with the ultrasonic test being performed.
